A member of the Communist Party of China, holding a PhD in Economic Law from China University of Political Science and Law, a lecturer at the School of Civil, Commercial and Economic Law, Henan University of Economics and Law, a part-time lawyer at Shanghai Haoxin (Zhengzhou) Law Firm, an independent director of a listed company, and a director of the Henan Provincial Economic Law Research Association, etc. His main research areas include corporate and enterprise legal systems, fiscal and tax law, and economic law. He has participated in one National Social Science Fund project, co-authored one academic book, and published over ten academic papers. He has also participated in state-owned enterprise restructuring projects.
