A member of the Communist Party of China, a full-time lawyer, and a graduate of Nankai University. Currently a member of the Zhengzhou Writers Association and a member of the Zhengzhou Intellectual Property Committee. Has served as legal counsel for the Beijing Asian Brand Miss Pageant Organizing Committee and as legal advisor to several institutions, including the Zhengzhou Intermediate People's Court Calligraphy and Painting Academy.

His areas of expertise include intellectual property law, civil and commercial litigation and arbitration, and criminal defense.
