(A-share + H-share listed), the Legal Director of Yutong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd., and the Senior Legal Manager of Yutong Bus Co., Ltd. (A-share listed). He has participated in or led his team in dozens of major and complex projects, including Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd.'s acquisition of Terex (an overseas merger and acquisition) and Chery Heavy Industry, Yutong Heavy Industry Co., Ltd.'s IPO and subsequent backdoor listing, and the bankruptcy case of Zhengzhou Zhenggong Machinery Group Co., Ltd. He actively conducted various due diligence investigations, signed letters of intent, designed transaction structures, participated in negotiations and drafted project documents, provided legal analysis and opinions, provided legal support for the company's operation and leadership decision-making, and participated in various major and complex corporate litigation cases, accumulating a wealth of experience in both non-litigation and litigation cases.
