A graduate of the People's Public Security University of China, he served in the police force for 10 years, receiving commendations from municipal and county public security bureaus, a commendation from the Ministry of Public Security, a third-class merit award, and the title of Outstanding Civil Servant. He served as the captain of an anti-gang crime squad, participated in counter-terrorism and stability maintenance missions in Xinjiang, and handled major cases involving homicide, arson, drug-related crimes, and firearms. He has extensive experience in criminal investigation, interrogation, criminal psychology, crime scene investigation, criminal imaging technology, intelligence gathering, trace evidence examination, and document examination. He was formerly a public lawyer, specially appointed legal officer, and police combat instructor for the Public Security Bureau. He firmly believes in the rule of law, upholds high professional ethics, and strives to ensure that clients feel fairness and justice in every case.
