Before graduation, I interned in the Third Civil Division and the Second Criminal Division of the Xi'an Intermediate People's Court. During my senior year, I interned at the Hangzhou Legal Aid Center. After formally starting my practice, I mainly handled economic cases and have extensive experience in handling economic crimes and civil and commercial cases. I have obtained suspended sentences or civil second-instance reversals for my clients on many occasions. Together with my team, I serve as legal counsel for many companies, responsible for providing daily legal advice, drafting and reviewing contract documents as needed, issuing lawyer's letters, and participating in corporate negotiations and mediations.
