Work Experience

I started working in 1992, and successively worked in foreign-funded enterprises such as Esquel Group (Hong Kong), Teda Inc. (USA), Spring Industries Inc. (USA), and Eurotextile Victoria Inc., as well as domestic enterprises such as Beijing Huasheng Computer Co., Ltd. I held management positions in various roles including purchasing, production, operations, finance, and general manager. I have extensive practical experience. In 2015, I became a practicing lawyer and have been practicing ever since. My areas of expertise include: international trade in goods, technology, and services; international freight forwarding, international payments, international direct investment, and corporate capital operations (mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy). My legal expertise also includes finance, tax law, and internal corporate legal affairs.
Equity disputes, shareholder rights disputes, enforcement of lawsuits filed by company creditors (asset tracing), company liquidation disputes, shareholder derivative suits, etc.
Corporate investment and financing business. Litigation business for various civil contract disputes.
