Work Experience

Since July 2023, I have served as an estate administrator at the Xuhui District Notary Office in Shanghai and a mediator at the Shanghai Xuhui District Huibang Financial and Commercial Mediation Center. Adhering to a dedicated and professional work ethic, I have focused on research in the commercial field, labor disputes, and marriage and inheritance matters. I have played a role in resolving social conflicts, maintaining social stability, promoting legal education, and participating in social governance. Among the cases I handled, one equity transfer dispute was overturned by a second-instance judgment, and another co-ownership dispute was overturned by a second-instance court, securing the rights that clients should have enjoyed.
